  • Return Policy
  • Should you choose to return a trap or interceptor purchased through GreaseTrapSales.com. for any reason, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All returns must be in original NEW condition.

    All returns MUST have a return goods authorization # (RGA #) from the warehouse. (800)476-7930
    Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.

    Cancellation
    If you cancel an order for any reason and your credit card has already been processed you will be charged a service fee of 10%. To avoid the 10% fee on cancelled orders, you must call W.C. Sales 800-476-7930 by 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time the same calendar day the order is placed. Be sure to ask for a reference number when cancelling an order.
